A simple tool, built for the field
MerchantHQ is a management tool designed for physical shops: checkout, inventory, customers and staff, in an app that keeps working without the Internet.
Why MerchantHQ
Most checkout software assumes a permanent connection and a desktop computer. In many shops that is not the reality: the network drops, so does the power, and the available hardware is a tablet.
MerchantHQ starts from that constraint. The till, inventory and customers run on the tablet, without a network. Backups go to the cloud as soon as a connection returns, so a broken tablet loses no data.
The app speaks French, English, Lingala and Swahili, and handles local currencies with a conversion rate.
Who publishes the service
The MerchantHQ application is published and operated under the legal responsibility of Mrs. Paulette Sankinka, acting as the legal representative on behalf of the project created and developed by Enzo Izinga.
The application and the website are hosted by Vercel Inc. The database is hosted by Turso (ChiselStrike, Inc.).
The full legal notice, the terms of use and the privacy policy are in the terms of service.
How we work
Support is handled over WhatsApp, in French, English or Lingala: creating the account, choosing a plan, then activating the subscription. It is the same channel for an installation question or to report a problem.
The app is updated regularly, without you having to reinstall anything. The features described on the site are the ones that actually exist in the app: we do not announce a feature before it is available.
If you want to see the product in detail before deciding, the features and the pricing are described page by page, and the guides show how teams use them every day.
