How do I activate my subscription?+
Create your account, confirm your email address, then message us on WhatsApp. The team activates the subscription within 24 hours.
What are the plans and prices?+
Four plans: Starter at $15, Business at $25, Big at $45 and Enterprise made to measure. The full comparison is on the Pricing page.
Do I need any special hardware?+
An Android tablet is enough. The account then covers as many tablets as you need.
Does it work without the Internet?+
Yes. The till, inventory and customers work offline, and backups sync as soon as a connection returns. The details are on the Features page.
Where is my data, and who can access it?+
Your data first lives on your tablet, then is backed up to the cloud once encrypted. The terms, retention and your rights are detailed in the Legal FAQ and privacy.
