How does activation work?+
You create your account, then confirm your email address. The team then activates your subscription over WhatsApp, within 24 hours.
Is the price per tablet or per shop?+
The price is that of the plan you choose, for one account. Each account has its own shop and its own backup.
Can I change plan later?+
Yes. A message to the team is enough to change plan, without losing your data.
How does payment work?+
The subscription is paid month by month, at activation, directly with the team on WhatsApp. There is no commitment: you change plan or stop whenever you want, without losing your data.
What happens if I do not pay?+
Access to the service may be interrupted in case of non-payment, in accordance with the general terms of use and sale.
Do I need any special hardware?+
An Android tablet is enough. The account covers as many tablets as needed: their number is not limited by the plan.
